The Adaptive Sports Center is seeking a Development and Marketing Coordinator (DMC) to support the

organization’s continued growth and success. Our local non-profit provides therapeutic adventure-based

programming for people with disabilities, their friends, and their family members.

Join a fast-paced, professional team in a state-of-the-art facility in the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area.

This position works closely with the Development Team in the planning and achievement of the annual

Development Plan for the Adaptive Sports Center. The DMC plays a key role in the success of the Development

Team by managing our peer-to-peer community fundraiser, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with

This position is year-round exempt. Starting hourly wage range is $47,000- $57,000, depending on experience,

plus a competitive benefits package including 401(k), Paid Time Off and Holidays, Health Insurance

Reimbursement, Paid Colorado FAMLI Benefits, CBMR Winter Season Pass, Ski/Equipment Locker, and

Professional Licenses/Certification Reimbursements. Estimated annual starting benefit value of an additional

$12,135.
