Update on Sustainable Electricity is Aug. 13

Everyone is welcome to join the League of Women Voters of the Gunnison Valley at 5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 13, at the Gunnison County Public Library, 1 Quartz St, for an update on the City of Gunnison's fully sustainable electricity program.  Director of Public Works Pete Rice and Electric Supervisor Will Dowis will present a slide show on the progress toward that goal and what it will mean for the community. Refreshments provided.  Social starts at 5 p.m., presentation at 5:30 p.m.
