Posted

Western Colorado University Art Program and ArtSource plan to present FLOW, a special exhibition featuring the work of nine K–12 art educators from across Colorado. The exhibition celebrates the creativity, innovation and artistic practices of teachers who inspire the next generation of artists in communities throughout the state. FLOW highlights a diverse range of media, perspectives, and approaches, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience the personal studio work of Colorado's dedicated art educators.

The public is invited to attend the exhibition opening reception on June 17 from 5 to 6 p.m. in Quigley Hall at Western Colorado University. Complimentary food and refreshments will be served. This free community event welcomes students, faculty, local residents, and art enthusiasts to meet the artists, explore the exhibition, and celebrate the important role arts education plays in Colorado communities. The exhibition is hosted in conjunction with ArtSource, Western's annual professional development program for art educators.
