High octane arts and crafts festival

The 43rd year of the High Octane Arts and Crafts Festival is planned for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Legion Park.

Everything is handcrafted/handmade from regional artists and crafters

Artists and crafters are selling: Native American jewelry, pottery, all-natural skin care and lotions, soaps, stained glass, pressed flower photos and frames, wooden cutting boards, coffee mugs and wood art, teas, home décor, pickles, peppers, soup and dip mixes, pet collars and leashes, candles, wreaths, custom fly rods, fishing lures, face painting, aprons, jams and jellies, air plants, photography, clocks and more.

Mexican food will be available for purchase in the pavilion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The craft fair runs in conjunction with the Gunnison Car Show.
