Thanks go out to local realtors

Editor:

I want to thank the Gunnison-Crested Butte Association of Realtors for its Homebuyer Assistance Program. As someone who's rented in Crested Butte South for the past two years and lived in various mountain towns for my entire adult life, I know first-hand how tough it is to make the leap to home ownership. The grant toward my closing costs made a real difference. As a small-business owner and active community member, this is home, and I'm beyond excited to be putting down permanent roots. Thank you to Michelle and the whole team at GCAR.
