The Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation (CBSF) wrapped up a successful month of fundraising this November, hosting three well-attended events that brought the community together in support of youth snowsports in the Gunnison Valley.
The month kicked off with the annual Winter Gear Swap, followed by Romp Skis’ Chicken & Waffles, where CBSF was honored as the featured nonprofit, and concluded with the ever-so-popular Freezin’ for a Reason. Each event met or exceeded expectations in both attendance and contributions, directly supporting CBSF’s mission to help local youth get on snow.
CBSF extends heartfelt thanks to the entire community, along with special appreciation to Crested Butte Mountain Resort, ROMP Skis and the many generous sponsors and partners whose support made these events possible. From attendees and donors to volunteers and collaborators, this collective effort truly reflects the strength and spirit of the Gunnison Valley.
We are incredibly grateful and look forward to seeing everyone back on snow at Cranor Hill on Wednesdays beginning in late January. Opening date to be announced.
