Police, Juntos por Gunnison at the library

At 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, at the Gunnison County Library, the League of Women Voters will host an open meeting for all those who are interested, to hear and to visit with two relevant and informative speakers. 

Marketa Zubkova, leader of Juntos por Gunnison, will bring up-to-date information regarding the immigrant community, as well as events and activities Juntos is leading to further encourage a sense of wider community among all of us who live and work in the Valley and who, therefore, have, or should have, an ongoing interest in all things Gunnison. 

From the city, Deputy Chief of Police Frank Rodriguez will be on hand to speak and to answer questions regarding law enforcement.

That's at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, at the Gunnison County Public Library, 1 Quartz St. Bring someone with you who also wants to find out more about our/their town, our/their neighbors and what we/they might expect for the future. Everyone is welcome.
