As with your article about the RTA, I've had numerous residents and visitors comment on how amazing the RTA service is. I can't imagine that the RTA would have reached this point without Scott Truex, given his ability to bring in external funding to support increasing bus frequency. Scott Truex is one of the valley's unsung heroes. He combines a long-term commitment to the RTA with a deep understanding of how the valley works, including time as mayor of Crested Butte and also with Mountain Express. Hats off to him for everything he has done for the valley.
