Our dear brother Gerald J. Pralle passed away on Aug. 3 in Gunnison. Gerald was born June 1, 1933 in Breckinridge, Okla., the son of Delbert and Bertha Sattelmeier Pralle.

Marian Louise Hicks was born on July 1, 1926 to Franklin Gustavis Clark and Juanita Marian Platz Clark. She was the oldest of fi ve sisters. Marian grew up in the upper Tomichi Creek area with lifelong friend, George Means.

A memorial service for Marian Hicks will be held on Sunday, July 29 at 2 p.m. at Fred Field Center at the Rodeo Grounds. A full obituary will follow.

Nikki Dust (Albin) passed away on April 26, 2018. Please join us for her memorial on Saturday, July 28 at Bills Park located at 400 West Georgia in Gunnison, Colo. The candle lighting ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. Candles and snacks will be provided.

The imposition of ashes for Elmer V. Moore and Saravivis “Wilkinson” Moore will be at Gunnison Cemetery Thursday, July 19 at 10 a.m. Elmer was born on June 23, 1920 in Wheeler, Texas and died on June 27, 2007 in Joaquin, Texas.

A prayer mass for Mercedes Chavez Martinez, who passed away on March 27, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 20 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Gunnison, Colo., with interment immediately thereafter at the Gunnison City Cemetery.
