For the sixth time this season, a game for the U19 West Elk Hockey Association ended in a tie on Sunday. The Wolverines hosted Vail for their final home games this past weekend but were unable to come away with a win.

Vail got on the board first on Saturday, scoring with 4:01 left in the first period off a rebound to take an early 1-0 lead. Going into the second period, the Wolverines had multiple opportunities to tie the game. However, Vail’s goalie made save after save to keep the lead in tact.
