GHS Baseball — With the sun out Saturday, the Gunnison High School (GHS) baseball team’s bats were hotter than ever. The Cowboys defeated Fruita High School 10-4 in summer ball.
“It felt good to start the summer off with a win,” said Jackson Smith. “Everyone contributed and had a good game. If we play like that the rest of the year, it’ll be a good year.”
