Kelley Ross Carmody passed away on July 9. He was predeceased by his parents Patrick and Darlene Ashcroft and brother, Phillip Carmody.
Kelley was an established musician/lead guitarist in Los Angeles during the 1980s and was honored to open for Deborah Harry. He worked with the late Warren Zevon and producer Dave Jerden. In 1994 he moved back home to Littleton, Colo., where he helped coach for his son’s soccer team. He last resided in Gunnison, Colo.
He is survived by his son Cody Patrick Carmody, his ex-wife of 28 years Arlene Carmody, many friends and extended family across the U.S. Kelley always had a kind word for a stranger and helped anyone in need.
