Mark and Ali Drucker moved to Crested Butte from Manhattan 10 years ago with the dream of opening a coffee shop. But with property and rental prices sky-high, and amid an already saturated market, they put that dream on hold. Chris Sullivan has a passion for wholesome baked foods. He can tell you the history of grains and why certain types of bread are better than others. But after five years running Mountain Oven Organic Bakery, he was outgrowing his space.
